Deposit Required

Kindly note we require a 50% deposit to be paid within 24hrs of making your booking in order to secure your appointment.

Please forward the proof of payment to [email protected] once done, and your booking will be confirmed.

Booking & cancellation policy

• You will regrettably forfeit your appointment if the 50% deposit has not been received within 24hrs of making the appointment.
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 24hrs in advance. Failing to do so will result in you forfeiting your deposit, and your appointment.
• Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment well in advance your deposit may be refunded/transferred.

No show policy

• Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us, you will unfortunately forfeit your deposit payment.
• You will be held liable to pay the balance of your missed appointment, should you want to reschedule.

Just a friendly reminder to please arrive 30 minutes early if you require a soak-off.
